La Paz, Bolivia - Last  October 31 and November 1,  a total  of 34 Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) representing indigenous peoples, peasants, afro organisation, rural women, support NGOs and research centers  in the rural sector, international NGOs, experts, rural cooperatives, solidarity agriculture organizations and networks from 11 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean held a successful consultation-workshop on aid and development effectiveness on agriculture and rural development.
